Dahmann Company was established in Turkey in 2018 to supply, store, pack, export, and sell a wide range of products. Our vision is based on honesty, fair trade, and the promotion of healthy foods. Our journey started with some of the healthiest foods such as dates, pistachios, raisins, saffron, and continued with procusing dried vegetables in one of our subsidiaries in Iran.
The process of preparing the dried vegetables is based on preserving the taste process and the aroma of the primitive material without the aid of any sort of additives (either authorized or unauthorized). We propose two grades (grade A, grade B) of dried vegetables to our customers. The moisture content of the vegetables varies between 4% and 13% depends on A or B grades.
Grade A: These are our industrial cargo that we clean them in water to remove all visible dirt and then sanitize them by soaking in 100 ppm (free) chlorine. Sodium hypochlorite (commonly known as bleach) is a chlorine based chemical that is a permitted washing agent for food manufacture. After washing and disinfecting we dry them with our machines. The moisture content of grade A is less than 4% and its microbial load is about 0%. However, the smell and the color of the dried vegetables would be less than grade B because of washing process.
Grade B: we don't wash it and dry it naturally. The smell of this grade is more than grade A and the color is more green.
We usually export the Grade B to the USA, because our clients love the natural smell and color.Grade A is our industrial cargo that is washed, disinfected and dried with our machines. The moisture content of grade A dried vegetables is less than 4% and its microbial load is very low. Due to the disinfection operation on this product, its color and taste disappear sooner than the B grade product.
