Golden raisin is dehydrated form of bonab city, a city of east Azerbaijan province, grapes.
For producing golden raisins, after harvesting grapes, they are fully impregnated with sulfur dioxide and then place in a shadow which has proper air ventilation in order to dry. In this process, the grape preserves its gold color even after drying.
